Our QC team will inspect all raw materials upon receiving. The Material Inspection includes and not limited to dimension, hardness and composition verification.
In‑Process Quality
During Production of different stages, the semi‑finished parts and components will be inspected and tested to ensure meeting the customers’ drawing and specifications.
Outgoing Inspection
Upon components or parts finish machining and fabrication, all of them must be 100% inspection according to customers’ AQL or in‑house defined Inspection Plan. Any part out of tolerance would not be shipped out unless obtaining the customers’ written approval. Inspection Data Sheet would appended with shipment packaging.
